Marathon Volunteers

 

THANK YOU SO MUCH to our awesome volunteers that helped with the Visit Casper Marathons 2023 event.

We are so grateful to all last years volunteer participants and hopeful that this year again we can have a good ratio of volunteers to runners again to help all achieve their efforts and personal goals. The Visit Casper Marathon is nationally certified as a Boston qualifier and this year also in 2024 an RRCA State Champion Race.  Runners from here and around the country participate in this Casper community race event annually, and just like new beginners everybody needs our encouragement and support at the aid stations and mile markers to help get them to that finish line. Everyone counts and we truly appreciate your valuable input and efforts for a successful event again on June 2, 2024 here in the Oil City of Casper Wyoming.

This year at Pre-race and volunteers check in we may spend a couple of extra minutes to review the all new race course routes, traffic and aid station requirements, Bike Pacers & Sweeper directions and other important race day information’s that will help with everyone’s safety and the continued success of the “Visit Casper Marathons” 21st year of the historical community event.

This year again all volunteers will be eligible for race swag and will be entered in a raffle to win gift certificates to visit our local businesses in Casper Wyoming.

All Non-profit organizations that volunteer as a group (3-5 Participants) for the Marathons Aid Stations will be also eligible again this year to receive the funds from our 10K race event by being voted by our runners as the Visit Casper Marathons favorite aid station.
