We are excited to announce that we have partnered with the ” Best Western Hotel” in downtown Casper as the site for our Health & Sports Fitness  Expo, Packet Pick up, Pasta dinner with All Volunteers Check in on both days.

      • Packet Pick up & Expo – Friday May 30TH, 2025 , 4-8 PM

        • Packet Pick up, Expo & Pasta Dinner – Saturday May 31st, 2025 , 4-8 PM

The Volunteers Pre-race check in is vital for a successful event and safety of all. We will be reviewing Traffic control area’s, Aid Station set up & supplies with a staging, Race routes & maps and estimated runners times for race distance’s and completions.
